What’s the production time?
Orders take approximately 60 days or less to fulfill.
Cut turnaround time in half with air-freight. Easily quoted.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Each custom order must be a minimum of 2500 units.

Can a custom order have multiple images?
Yes.
Each image must have the same number of units
Example: an order of 10,000 units could be all of one image,
5,000 each of two images or 2500 each of four images

The minimum number of units per image is 1,000.

There is a set-up fee per image, but unit prices are based on the
total number of units per material (vinyl or synthesized paper).

Can I get help with the graphics and design?
Just send us your logo or spot image and our designers can prepare your art. We can also work with you from concept to finished art. Check out the custom imprints page for more details.

How do I know what size to order?
The number 3.5" and 4" refer to the diameter of the top opening of your cup.
4" Caddis come only in synthesized paper.

What if I need fewer than 2500 Caddis?
The 2500 minimum is for custom-imprinted orders only. Otherwise you can get Stockpacks (six dozen per pack) or Craftpacks (one dozen per pack) in a bunch of fun designs or plain white...perfect for your own sticker.

What if I want different strap or grommet colors?
Our straps normally come in black or white and the grommets are gold. In Iarger orders you may order grommets to a pms match and straps are available in a wide range of colors. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
